Counselling Services
I offer one-to-one counselling for adults and children either face-to-face in my therapy room, through a home visit, over the phone or via Skype.
I offer home visits within a 10 mile radius of EN9 - Please see my blog as to why home visits are beneficial
You have the option to combine how you would like your session.
Therapy will be adapted according to your personal requirement.
Sessions
I offer an initial free 30 minute session over the phone to discuss your counselling needs before you decide if you would like to go forward with booking further sessions.
Also available is the new upcoming text/live chat therapy, you will have an hour of text/live chat therapy over the course of a week or in one session, prices are the same as face to face therapy. We can use the chat facility on this website to communicate or WhatsApp for the ongoing session.
Sessions are usually held on a weekly basis and are 50 minutes.
